Her educational journey continued at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, where she earned her Master’s in Business Administration. After completing her degrees, Amy began her career as a middle school teacher in Florida, where she honed her communication, leadership, and management skills for several years. She later moved to Georgia, continuing her teaching career before transitioning into the vacation sales industry in Mazatlán, Mexico.

Amy’s next career chapter took her back to Florida, where she earned her real estate license and quickly became an integral member of the number one sales team in the Florida Keys. Over the next five years, Amy gained invaluable experience in high-end sales, consistently achieving multimillion-dollar transactions. Her drive and expertise led her to build her own successful team, and she earned the title of Elite Agent while working with a broker whose yearly sales surpassed a billion dollars. With a team around 100 members, the brokerage became one of the best in the nation.

After 15 years of real estate sales, Amy and her husband Tom have founded their own brokerage firm, where they expect to continue making outstanding strides in the real estate industry. A distinguished veteran of the United States Air Force, Thomas served as the primary structural specialist in the 66^th Civil Engineering Squadron; he also served in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm, where he earned multiple medals and commendations for his service. His commitment to excellence continued as he transitioned to the civilian workforce, where he dedicated over a decade as a Building Official for a municipality. During his tenure, he personally conducted over 20,000 inspections and plan reviews, ensuring the safety and integrity of the residential and commercial community.

As the owner of Alliance Custom Builders, Thomas has managed, designed, and owned high-end residential projects, including multimillion-dollar homes in the Florida Keys. His work also includes remarkable achievements, such as being the only individual to receive a permit from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to unblock a canal that had been closed for 35 years in the Keys—a testament to his expertise and determination.

Thomas is one of a select few professionals in Florida who holds multiple certifications and licenses. He is a Certified General Contractor, Certified Building Official through the International Code Council (ICC), and a licensed Certified broker. His legal expertise in building construction, design, and inspections, coupled with over 20 licenses through the ICC, makes him an industry leader in compliance, safety and design.

In addition to his construction credentials, Thomas has also excelled in the real estate sector. He was an elite agent at one of the top 500 real estate brokerage firms in the United States which belongs to the yearly billion-dollar club, he earned a reputation for delivering exceptional service. Today, he runs a successful brokerage firm alongside his wife, continuing to contribute to the growth and development of the real estate industry.
