It’s the beginning of 2025, and we’re excited to share an update on the Creekside Commons Plaza in Parrish, Florida! If you’re new to the area, Creekside Commons is one of the latest shopping plazas under development, bringing even more convenience to our growing community.

The plaza is located at the bustling intersection of US-301 and Erie Road, a prime spot for shopping, dining, and everyday errands.

Parking Pains at Creekside Commons

Creekside Commons has quickly become a local go-to spot, thanks to its variety of stores that make daily errands a breeze. However, since Parrish is still growing and doesn’t have many shopping centers nearby, this plaza can get pretty busy. With so many people moving to the area, parking has become a bit of a challenge. Finding a spot isn’t always easy, and honestly, it might get even tougher once all the stores open. We love the convenience of the plaza, but the parking layout could definitely use some improvement!

A quick heads-up: parking spots near the gym tend to fill up the fastest. With gym-goers often staying for longer workouts, those spots are usually taken—so plan accordingly

Jersey Mike’s – A great spot for fresh, delicious subs made to order.

Panera – Open and ready to serve! Love their broccoli cheddar soup, served in a bread bowl for that extra comfort food feel. A perfect choice for a quick, satisfying meal.

Good Liquid Brewing Company – Known for its craft beers and relaxing atmosphere. With a laid-back vibe, it’s a great place to grab a bite to eat while enjoying a unique brew.

First Watch – Open for breakfast and lunch, First Watch is a popular spot known for its fresh, wholesome menu. Favorites include avocado toast, pancakes, omelets, and seasonal specials.

Hungry Greek – A fast-casual Greek spot serving up delicious, fresh Mediterranean dishes like gyros, souvlaki, and hearty salads. A great option for a satisfying and flavorful meal.

Five Guys – Known for its delicious burgers, fries, and casual vibe, Five Guys is a favorite for burger lovers looking for high-quality ingredients and a great meal.
